I went to Monopoly Lifesized and it's the perfect Summer fun day out

Tucked away in Tottenham Court Road is an attraction that probably won’t lead to an argument, the classic game that’s led to at least a few falling outs in my experience is available on a much bigger scale.

Monopoly Lifesized lets you team up with one of the classic game pieces and play a much bigger scale of Monopoly.

Phones aren’t allowed for the duration of the game which I liked as it forces you to be in the moment with your team mates, so after being assigned a game piece we were officially in.

It's safe to say that this much bigger version of Monopoly holds all the classic competitiveness, although I'd argue this one is more likely to end in hugs than a falling out.

You make up teams of 4-6 people, I would strongly recommend having a team of people you know and would like to bond with, and then compete for the number one spot.

When you land on a property piece you can buy it, on the condition that you pass the mini game hidden behind locked doors. This bit is the highlight as you have to work together as a group to decided who should take on what role, when it comes to the dancing section of the games this bit is particularly important.

I loved it and found that I felt much closer with the group I went in with than I did at the start. Like the traditional game, you compete for property and the biggest bank account although the game doesn't last quite as long which means it might be a better option to focus on upping your funds than your real estate portfolio.

When it comes to getting a hotel on your property, you actually have to team up and build it with blocks. This is a lot of fun and reminded me of going back to school as a small child.

I think something like this would be best in a huge group where you know the teams you're competing against, whether that's a work team building day or a big party to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family.

I really enjoyed this and would definitely go back, you can book tickets here.

I would recommend wearing something that allows you to dance and move freely, that you don't mind getting dirty but I wore this dress from ISAWITFIRST that is an absolute must this summer.

I went for a minimal makeup look using Glossier and Dr PAWPAW's Tinted Coral lipbalm.

If you want to bring the fun of Monopoly to your home then you can bag the classic board game for hours of competitive fun.
